SEL Khalida was born on July 15, 2010 and is the first straight egyptian foal bred by us and for our program. Khalida was a bit of a surprise at 2.5 weeks early and got off to a rough start. We chose her name, which means immortal or eternal, to let her know that we believed in her ability to continue to thrive. And thrive she has.  

Khalida provides us with the opportunity to add a future broodmare to our program that traces to Maaroufa, one of our favorite tail female lines due to the quality of the get and the feminine beauty that passes from one generation to the next.

From her beautiful short, head to her huge dark eyes, Khalida is a welcome addition to SE Legacy Bloodstock and pridefully flags her tail as we watch her trot across the pasture.
